Just choose some stuff you like, log it, look at it and adjust. It's what we all have to do when starting out.0

What are you looking for? Meat recipes, veggie ones, pasta...anything you won't eat? I tend to throw things together and figure it out on the recipe builder. Soups are good - definitely can make way less than 300, and then add other things to the meal - some bread, salad, etc.0
