Thinking of adding CLA to my nutritionals.

Hi all! I'm 60 lbs down, have another 10-15 to go, just started to use weights but up until recently have only done cardio. I take omega 3, vitamin D, and calcium daily but was thinking of adding 3000 mg of CLA to help with the belly fat and up the metabolism . Anyone out there use/used CLA and what are or where your results?

I've only been using it for a short while, and my goals are very different than yours, but here's my experience so far..
I'm trying to gain weight, though I'm not interested in gaining much in the fat department. For the last month, I've been eating 3500 calories a day and have gained about 4 lbs so far. I had my body fat tested this week, both with calipers and body impedence device and I'm at 6%. I know I couldn't have been much lower than that when I started, so the only thing I can attribute the lean weight gain to is the use of CLA. Like I said, very different goals, but thats my experience so far. If you decide to use it, share your experience with everyone0
