Here's some 6 month progress pics!
These were taken August 1st weighing in at 285 pounds.

@russellvolk My macros at the start were 25% carb, 35% fat and 40% protein I haven't switched them much I'm now at 30% carb 35% fat and protein.
I started off walking 20 mins a day and worked up to 1 hour a day, after I lost some weight I starting lifting some weights and walking/jogging for an hour a day. That's when winter hit so I've been lifting weights a bit and doing t25 for the last month and a bit. Also I don't deprive myself of anything, that being said ''junk food'' is reserved to once a week on Friday.
@ckhardeman At first I was obese so I went on an ''aggressive'' calorie deficit and as my weight loss slowed down I actually uped them to 2k a day and still averaging 2lbs a week loss for the last 3 months.

@SarahCate79 I think I look my age now lol. 25.
