If you have something to say or just wanna ask a question, post it. =^_^=
I never heard of any limitations.
Sometimes (usually on the weekends) there aren't too many people online, so it can be helpflul to post more than once to ask a question, just to get more responses over time. Just do what feels okay with you.0 -

if you mean in the 'introduce yourself' section, I don't think you need to do that. Just find a topic area where you think your post would fit like: recipes or chit-chat, and post a way.

people post here all the time even when they are not new. However there are topic areas like exercise and fitness etc. I am in a group that started here so it is still here and it works because new members see it.0

If you have plenty of friends I find that I get better results by posting to my home feed, or just going to a friend's profile and asking them.0
