Why don't I feel guilty over binging anymore?

When I binge ate, I used to get really miserable and feel guilty, this would be great for me because all those negative feelings would always make me so much more determined and motivated not to mindlessly binge next time as I hate the feelings afterwards. Nowadays, I tend to eat healthily most of the time but I've been eating 'healthy' for so long now that I just got bored, I missed my junk foods so badly that I've binged on them for the past 2 days, they actually taste gross now and I realise my healthy foods do ACTUALLY taste better.
I hate that even after binging today, I don't feel the slightest bit guilty. In my mind I'm not even thinking about what I've done and I just seem to think 'who cares, I can start again tomorrow' but I keep saying this, and I'm not taking this lifestyle seriously. How do I MAKE myself feel bad over a binge?

I'm going to say it's because you're finally in a good mindset. Look, a binge is a one-off event. You eat healthy most of the time. All the evidence shows a cheat day at worst will wash out in a few days and at best can actually kick-start your metabolism and help break past plateaus.
You went crazy one day. You realized the food wasn't as good as you remembered. You're less likely to do it again. No guilt necessary.
Congrats. You're growing up.0 -

agree with this.
when people start placing value judgements and tying emotions to it then that's when unhealthy habits can start.
sounds like now you're able to look at it exactly like what it is :food.0 -

Don't make yourself feel bad! The most important thing is to learn from it, identify your trigger(s) and move on.
Guilt rarely prevents a binge (long term).0 -
well I don't have much to say here as you don't log your foods on a regular basis - most days are blank and the few days you did log were way under your calorie goals - perhaps you binged because you aren't eating enough but who's to say with nothing logged?0

Actually, feeling guilty over eating food is what is problematic IMO.0
