Recently had a 9 day break in which i drank much alcohol and ate much more than normal, put on 7lbs which i was fine with however after only 4 days back to normal i have lost all that 7lbs, 7lbs in 4 days seems a crazy amount, is this water retention then loss? why do we retain water when drinking alcohol and eating rubbish and why does exercise rid our bodies of it so quick
Was expecting to take at least three weeks to get back to my pre blow out weight

you more than likely didnt gain fat. there's more than just fat gain that can cause your body to gain weight.
you were probably retaining water from the alcohol because alcohol is dehydrating.
and you sweat during exercise and tend to drink more water which helps get rid of retained water0 -
Figured water retention had to be the main reason although i must of gained some fat with the amount i drank and ate, was just shocked to lose it all in 4 days, could get used to this 9 day blow out followed by 4 day cut, the 9-4 diet would be heaven0
