I'm the new guy

Hello everyone, Larro Darro here. I've been using this site from time to time for a few months now, but some Google searches about squats led me to the Community side of things, so I figured I would introduce myself. After 20 years of being over 200 pounds, I decided to do something about it. I have dropped 40+ pounds in the last six months using two low calorie days a week. {600-700 calories} The other five days I haven't really been counting, but just try to be smart about what I eat. A friend on another message board told me about using this site to figure calories for his meals, so I went ahead and signed up. Since MFP makes it so easy, I have started counting calories everyday.

Three years ago I weighed 250 pounds. {I'm 5'11"} I lost down to 220, then did the yo-yo thing for a while before settling at 235. Now I'm south of 195, and would like to get to 185. Like Robert Earl Keen said in the song, "it sure feels good to be feeling good again."

I hope to get to know some of yall.
