Is a 45min RPM class enough?

Just wondering if 45mins, doing a cycling class six days a week is enough for weight loss. Should I be hopping on the treadmill afterwards? Thanks

RPM is an insane cardiovascular work out. If you're keeping to the beat of the music, and hitting your max during the tracks this will definitely help weight loss.
I'm a 6"2' male and I burn about 700-800 calories per class!
Usually 3-4 RPMs a week is plenty, try combining it with a body pump class (assuming your gym offers them) to really speed up weight loss.0 -
Weight loss is dependent on eating at a calorie deficit. Exercise is for fitness (thought it helps with allowing you to eat more while netting a deficit).
But that's a lot of cardio. That's great, but are you planning on incorporating any strength/resistance exercises? Just think that a balance of both might be more beneficial for you in the long run.0
