inches & weight loss help..

23 years
5.5 height
207 weight
muffin top 49inches :/

for the last two weeks I been walking 1 miles a day.... NO soda or juice just water like (4 cups) all day 2 meals a day ..... and taking diet pills so far lost 2inches from my tummy(.. (that's the only thing im measuring (my target) not my weight

im too lazy even thou the pills give my a lot of energy...
help me with healthy tips

    Tip #1: Stop taking diet pills.

    Tip #2: Keep doing everything else you mentioned.

    Tip #3: Do more of the walking / moving every day.

    Tip #4: Log your food honestly and obsessively for a month. You will be shocked at first, but you will learn more about the how's and why's of your weight than anyone here can teach you.

    Tip #5: Surround yourself with some of the great, supportive people on here to help you along the way.
