Not for a month!

So I found this cool thing on Pinterest (i'm obsessed!!!!), what not to for a month. I figured I would do it for my diet... So for February I'm going to start with Fast Food. I work 2 jobs so I'm out of the house at 8:30 AM to about 9:30 PM everyday so its so easy for me to just eat out everyday. Starting to pack everything a week in advance!

What are you going to quit for a month?

    Protein bars... they're starting to burn a hole in my wallet. I abuse those MetRx 100g bars too much ( but they taste really good)

    Chocolate my boyfriend ( who is skinny and doesn't gain weight ) is doing it too!

    I'm with you. I find that if I have a few drinks, my food plan goes haywire. The alcohol isn't so bad by itself, but my blood sugar goes wacko and I end up munching my way up the scale when I'm trying to go down. Let's see if I can get through February.
