Popsicles

Hey all! I recently found a recipe online for "cookie dough ice pops" that used almond milk, brown sugar, and mini chocolate chips- and it seems like, in moderation of course, a great low cal treat.
I'm completely obsessed with the idea of making popsicles. I figure to avoid too much fruit juice b/c of sugar... but not really sure where else to go/avoid?
So I was wondering... does anyone have any experience with making ice pops? Tips/tricks to keep them healthy? Great recipes? Or opinions if they're a bad idea (health or calorie wise)?

They're not a bad idea unless you don't fit in your calories! So if you're really craving some, by all means, make some0
