boca burger - eating out

does anyone know the calorie content of a boca burger. I had one out tonight but it was larger than the ones you get int he store. maybe I count 2 boca patties? it was thick and it said BOCA on the menu. I counld not find a calorie count for it

    There are many choices on the MFP Database. I just entered "Boca" and restaurants (like Red Robin Boca burgers) came up - also Boca Burger - Larger came up. Just search the database as the add food function does not always work if you enter exactly what you think it may be called.

    I am showing it's 70 calories - have you ever tried the Gardenburg Portabello? Or Gardenburger original? They are pretty good too! Good luck with your goals, feel free to add me as a friend as I am into alternative foods too and we might help each other :) Best of luck!!

    I just looked it up and saw a whole bunch of boca burgers. The ones I clicked on ranged from 70-100 calories. Hope this helps.

    Have you tried the veggie burger from Trader Joe's. I think it's pretty good.
