Hello everyone I'm new to fitness pal and I not feeling motivated any advice would help me

    Hello and welcome to MFP the best advice I can give you is to log every bite you stick in your mouth, be honest with yourself, and just take it one day at a time, I usually get motivated when I see results. Good luck!

    Hi and welcome to MFP! :flowerforyou: Well for starters have you thought of any mini-goals you'd like to meet? That should help get the ball rolling for you. Also have you thought of an exercise regime that sounds fun? If you find an exercise that is fun to do,you'll feel like doing it. Remember to drink your water. Water definitely helps control appetite/hunger,is good for hydrating your bod and skin, and seems to help you lose weight by helping flush your system from the negative things you get out of some foods.
