Hi everyone, I just wanted to see how common it is to feel extrememly groggy and tired on the first couple of days of their cycle?
I had real bad pms cravings yesterday where I ate chocolate almost all day and today I was going to run it off, haha. But I woke up feeling groggy and haven't been able to shake it all day. I am wondering if it is just a coincidence or whether other women feel like this too at their time of the month? Please let me know

I do! I just try to get through it and give myself permission to give in to my cravings a bit more (keep it within a couple days) and not perform as well during my Crossfit WODs. If it's really bad, I will just switch to walking or yoga. I work out enough and eat well enough the rest of the month that a day or two of rest and a few extra carbs are probably a good thing to add balance to my life. Nuture yourself but don't let it become an excuse to remain off track the rest of the month!:flowerforyou:0
