Getting Back on Track

So, today I weighed myself and found that I've actually reached my heaviest weight... ever.

Truth be told, it just comes down to me being lazy. During 2013, and also again this year, I've been studying from home. Working from home has been great for my education, but not having to leave the house every morning has inevitably made me get lazy with exercise and eating. It was a shock to see those numbers on the scale, but I feel that now that I've recognised the flaws in my lifestyle, I can fully commit to correcting them and getting my weight back on track and on top of my goals.
