REAL WEIGHT while dieting?

I am currently cutting/dieting...

I find that when I'm on a deficit for months, my weight decreases, but once I eat at my normal TDEE or maintenance.... it increases a bit .

So if my morning weight is 110kg while on a deficit(and eating clean)... if I STOP my diet and go onto eating TDEE and regular food(clean but incorporate more carbs, etc.. and not as picky).

My weight would be HIGHER than 110kg by 1- 3 kg?

So my current weight of 110kg is NOT my actual weight, am I right?

So if you lost 100 lbs on a constant deficit for 1 year and you weigh 140lbs,

your actual weight is NOT 140lbs... because once you return to normal eating, you WILL put on 5-10 pounds.

    So it's actually more like 145 - 150lbs?

Yes and no, if you decrease your deficit slowly you might not see the 3-5 lb increase.

But you never have a set weight anyway, it will vary.

Okay the TDEE numbers are just the "average" so some people need less and some need more. Maybe try lower you calories but 50 or so each day for a week and see what happens. I play with my calories a lot I have been overweight almost my whole life so if I change the numbers up for a few days will not effect me to greatly in the long run
