When I was doing Jenny Craig and hit a plateau, I mixed up my calorie intake for a day and I stepped up my exercise. Are you getting enough sleep?0

Suggestions: Re-evaluate your calorie intake, Beware of "calorie creep" and "portion distortion". Maintain consistency in your workout regimen. http://www.builtlean.com/2012/05/22/weight-loss-plateau/
Hope this helps.0 -
I hit my plateau at exactly the same place! 27 pounds. Then I got stuck. I gained and lost the same 3 pounds over and over and over for three solid months. It finally just broke through last week. I held steady at the lower weight for about a week. And then suddenly another pound was gone, and then another this week. I didn't really change anything, just sort of waited it out.0

Weirdly.. I hit my plateau at the same amount of weight lost as you. It's crazy how the body just stops responding when it feels like it. I hope everything clears up real soon, hit my first, painfully slow plateau today and am hoping I can nip it in the bum soon! Keep your head up, and never give up. :flowerforyou:0

3 weeks is getting long.
Do you weigh all your food? Typically, plateaus happen when you eat more than you think.0 -
Looks like 27 is the magic number! Thanks for the thread because there are some good tips here.0

I'm working on the same thing. I'm gonna stop working out for a week and eat anywhere between 1500-1800 calories a day for a week, THEN, I'm switching it up to 1400-1600 calories a day and start a whole new workout routine. I think it's very important to keep your body guessing and less time for your body to adapt to a certain type of routine (ie exercise and calorie intake). My body adapts pretty well so I will be switching things up once a month. I hope this was helpful0
