I love you guys!

I just want to say I love this community. I started my lifestyle change for my wedding (in 8 months! eek!) last Saturday and have been religiously logging in everything I eat as well as working out 6x this week (which is longer than I ever lasted before). Last Saturday, I started the C25K challenge and it took me 32 minutes to do 2 miles with a pace of 16:04. Yesterday, it took me 30 minutes to do 2 miles with a pace of 14:58. I am just striving to be better than I was yesterday which has become my motto. I am down 3.4lbs this week and I'm not really that concerned with the number, I just feel SO much better. My skin is clearer, my jeans aren't as tight and I have so much energy throughout the day. I am trying new vegtables that I never liked before (like peppers!) and I am trying to incorporate as much fruits and vegtables as I can daily.

I am so thankful for all of the support! I can't wait to see what next week and next month bring!
