Feeling guilty

My weight loss has been going nicely, and in fact this is probably the longest I've stuck to something with success. Let's just say mind in right place.

The only thing is I now feel really guilty knowing I'm going to have a bad day. I'm usually 1600 cals a day and have been losing 1-2.5 lb a week even know I'm set at 0.5 lb loss. Yet Tomo I know I will be at about 2500 cals and I feel guilt as one can't exercise I am
On nights and the wipe me out. Am on feet half the night so will probably be burning a bit that isn't logged.

Is this normal to feel like this? And will it effect my weight loss having a binge day? I know they say this whole 3500 for 1lb but I've also read that isn't quite the case.

So had anyone else had binge days and still lost?

    It is normal to feel like that, but don't worry about it, really. Just have fun that day and carry on with your diet the next.

    For the whole of December I decided to ditch the diet and enjoy Christmas. I ate TONNES. By the second week of Jan I was back to the weight I was at the beginning of December. So if one month didn't do much, one day isn't going to :P
