I just started but tend to do 2x a week, 30-45 minutes, 30 second rests between sets.0

Around 50 minutes. I train full body three times a week. Two to five minutes rest between sets.0

4 days per week and limit your workouts to 60 minutes per workout. 60-90 seconds between sets. Rest days are just as important as lifting days.0
