Just curious. I lift 2/3 times a week, 25 min. per work out at my home gym (no waiting in between). You?

I just started but tend to do 2x a week, 30-45 minutes, 30 second rests between sets.

Around 50 minutes. I train full body three times a week. Two to five minutes rest between sets.

4 days per week and limit your workouts to 60 minutes per workout. 60-90 seconds between sets. Rest days are just as important as lifting days.

Full body three days a week, for about an hour. 1-1.5 minutes between sets.

Full body 3x a week. 50min session 2-3min rest between sets. It used to take me less time but now that the weights are heavier my rests are longer
