Need help getting to my goal!!

Ok, I need advice. I recently moved and my gym is now 30 minutes away. That membership ends this month. I want to get fit. I want to look good in everything! In this picture I was about 154. I amateur least 170 now (I lost weight due to a medication I was on... I'm not on it anymore). First, how much do you think I have to lose after this picture? Would getting down to 145 be enough? Second, do you think I'll be able to build enough muscle doing at-home workouts? I know it's mostly what I eat, which I love whole foods and lean protein, so I can do that.

Any advice is appreciated!
