Your first few weeks will be a lot of water weight. 1 lb a week is good.2

1 lb a week is totally normal! Unfortunately, weight loss is slow and not linear (as mentioned above). Anything negative is a step in the right direction. Great job!1

1-2 lbs a week is a healthy weight loss. You'll loose most at start due to water then it should slow down because of loosing Fat hopefully. If you do strength training it'll help prevent your body raping your muscles for energy if you do cardio.1

A small loss is better than a gain! My first week I lost almost 5lb then the week after just under 1lb, still all in the right direction.this week I think I've stayed the same but I have only been to the gym once and eaten. A few biscuits. Will try harder next week...0

I only lost 1 lb. this week too. Pleased as punch with that! I'm down 14 over-all. I have 15 or so to go. If I'm there in 15 weeks? I'll be a happy camper. Actually, that would put me at my goal the week of the half marathon I'm training for.
