Hello, my name is Harriet and I am 20
I've used MFP for years now on and off, with some success however last year I started university and gained loads of weight. I have recently found out I have an under active thryoid, meaning weight loss is really hard.
I tend to eat around 1200-1400 and I cycle everywhere. More recently I have joined the gym and started Aerobics, body conditioning and Zumba.
I currently weigh 15st 10 starting from 16st 7 and my first goal weight is to just see 14 stone again!
Just wanted to introduce myself, and make some "friends" who are trying to shift some pounds
