Getting it together

Hi all
For a month now I have been trying to get my nutrition on track but after the first few weeks I knew it was time to get myself out the door and to the gym.
Not knowing where to start as I've been to busy having babies the last few years, I searched for fitness books. I stopped searching when I found "burn the fat feed the muscle" which also lead me to this website. It's my first week filling the program and I weigh in tomorrow. Hopefully if I stick to the program the results will follow.

Friend me up I could do with the motivation.
