Accidentally eating below recommended calories?

Usually whenever I log my food, I end up under my calorie goal. Like today I had a little more than a thousand calories but I ate sufficient meals and I'm not hungry or anything when I'm done. So should I eat a bit more to get to 1,200 when this happens despite not really wanting to or does it not matter too much?

You really should try to get to at least 1200 day. It's a goal after all, not a limit. It doesn't matter if you go under once in a while, but you don't want to make a habit of it. Hunger isn't a good indicator of how much food you need. If you're struggling don't try to force yourself to eat more, just eat higher calorie foods, or add different drinks or condiments or something to get that extra 200 calories.0

Calorie dense foods - nuts & seeds, nut butters, avocados, full fat dairy, use olive & coconut oils, etc. Good cals packed into small portions which get to you goal without having to stuff your self with large quantities.
At 1200 you should be reaching goal every day. Food is fuel!0
