Just joined last week having been encouraged by fellow Army Chaplains.
Encouragement and advice welcome regrading foods and exercise.
Studying for my Masters for LPC, duty hours, and home care makes for challenges. So far, so good and I'm determined.
My Fitness Program (in short):
1200 cal intake per day.
Cardio every other day (3-4 days) alternating daily between 1. running (4 miles at 10.5-11.5 pace), and 2. Power Walking (5-7 miles starting with 20lbs extra)
Strength Training Free Weights alternating with Cardio days.

I think your fitness program will work very well! But your daily intake might be a tad bit too low. How tall are you and what is your weight? If you don't mind me asking.0
