Overdid it an hurt my knee. Slightly swollen and sore on the right knee. What can I do for cardio without aggravating that knee or am I just stuck until it's better?

water aerobics. Just take it easy on the knee. I had runner's knee a few months ago and it took 6 months to get better. It still bothers me a little0

Do wateraerobics. very low impact, will not make your muscles hurt and high Cal burn.0

Thanks, I hadn't thought about water exercising. I usually don't do the pool thing, but my gym does have a pool and I guess I could do that until I feel better.0
