Hi everyone, I think I posted this earlier in the wrong forum. Anyhow, I have been a member for only 1 week and I am loving every minute of it. I have 20 lbs to lose and I am no stranger to losing weight. I have lost 20-30 lbs. many times. I want to stop yo yo dieting and keep it off. That is my goal. Happy to take this fitness journey with you all!
