Anyone on Atkins?

I am planning to start the Induction Phase of Atkins on Monday. I would love some support and provide support for some people on a low carb diet. Please feel free to add me as a friend.

Be aware that you probably will get annoying headaches for a week or so from low carb diets.

I did it for a few months and lost weight, but the doctor told me that Atkins was VERY, VERY BAD and to stop doing it immediately. I asked how it could be bad when it was created by a doctor and his response was that not all doctors are good.

I am also starting Atkins on Monday, I have tried it loosely before and it seemed to work. I am Type 2 Diabetic so my Doctor thinks a low carb diet will be a great way to jumpstart my weight loss, again. Good luck to you!
