Paleo Anyone?

Just interested if any of you are trying the Paleo approach to dieting. I have inflammatory diseases and it is supposed to help, but I feel kind of like I am grasping in the dark. One book I read allows seeds and nuts and another one says "No way". Are some just stricter than others? I'm going to post this under Nutrition also. Friend me if you are on or have tried Paleo. My SO has an autoimmune skin condition and we were advised to give paleo a try. Grains and most nightshades seem to flare him up. Maybe just look into eliminating the foods that trigger an effect?
Paleo normally excludes processed foods and grains. Nuts are just fine and IMO unless you can't eat them for medical reason there is no need to eliminate them.0
