Im trying to gain some weight, im 21, female, 5 foot 10 inches
53kg
2200 calories is what i need to maintain my weight, im active since i work 40 hours in a hospital
I do exercise daily
Question is, should i be eating to get my net calories back up too at least 2000-2200?
Is my diet healthy?
Any advice would be great

I think that you should. You are supposed to eat 250-300 extra calories to gain weight.0

Definitely eat your net calories back. I am trying to lose weight and I always aim to zero out on calories and I am still losing weight. Your body needs food, good food, so it can repair especially after working out. I found that my body especially needs more food when I lift weights. If you are trying to gain weight you definitely need to eat back the calories you lost. Eating protein helps.0

Yes, you should be 'eating back your exercise calories' and then some to gain weight. Your diet looks pretty good from the days I looked at - lots of fruits, veggies and protein, but looks low on fats. Have some full fat dairy, nuts and seeds (and nut and seed butters), avocado, throw some oil/butter in when cooking and/or some full fat dressing on your salad.0

Not eating your exercise calories back is pretty much just a thing that weight loss noobs do.
You absolutely have to if you have any hope of gaining weight.0 -
The basic idea is, you eat more calories than you burn, you will gain weight.so yes you should.0

What you can do is work out what your TDEE is, and eat exactly that.0
