Starting Stronglifts 5x5 and have a question (male)

If this has been discussed previously, then I apologize in advance.
I plan to start the Stronglifts program this coming week. I have a background of weightlifting but it's been a while (like, high school). I know about proper form but that's where my question comes in.
What weight do I start with for my lifts? I'm assuming I need to know what my max is for each lift and then use a percentage of that but I don't want to assume wrong. I would hate to start with weight too heavy and compromise form just for the sake of lifting it.
I don't know what all information you would need from me but my stats are:
Male
5'10"
260lbs
I'm planning to lift three days a week (ABA then BAB, alternating) with light cardio after. I will also be doing 30-40 minutes of cardio 2 days a week as I still have a good bit of fat to lose.
Any help pertaining to my question of which weights to start with would be greatly appreciated. Any other words of wisdom and experience are also welcomed. Thanks in advance!

There is no set weight to start with. Always start with an empty bar and load up from there.0
