To make up for snow days, my class had to log our food and exercise for three days. We are suppose to email this log to our coach.

Can't you just copy & paste it onto an e-mail? Or yeah, screen dump is the best way.0

Wow, complicated. I guess I'll just trek down to the computer lab and print it after class (we had the option to turn in a hard copy), then go run it up to his office. I'm not going to be the only student scrambling to pull it together!0

You can do a printable diary. Change the CHANGEME to your username and you can load the page. Found it as an option in one of the diary page screens.

run a report for the days you want, highlight the entire report and copy and paste into the email.0
