Trying different things, treadmill for about 20 minutes a few times a week. I'm getting different suggestions form different calculators. From 950 to 1300, give or take. Can anyone with about these numbers give me some advice. Trying to lose 2 lbs. per week, don't know what's right. FYI, today's menu included a big mac, not my usual, but still, I had one
My diary is open for all to see, if that helps. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

It seems like you are slightly sedentary. I'm 5'3.5" (rounded up to 5'4" for MFP) and I work out at least 30 min. (3 times a week). MFP told me that I can eat 1590 calories. (Maybe you could eat 1500 and see how it goes for a week?)0
