Hi & Thank you for taking a look here and offering advice.
In 12 weeks I'm off on Holiday and I know I'll be doing a lot of walking every day, a LOT of walking. I want to know aside from just walking now is there any tips or tricks to help building my fitness, legs and feet to get strong enough to handle the amount of walking that will be done.
I also suffer from bi-lateral compartment syndrome so its sometimes hard to walk up hills. My feet also get very sore and appear to swell after long periods of walking.
Do you know if there are things I can do to help build strength and fitness?
Thanks Again

I would strongly advise Stronglifts 5x5, as it builds core strength and squats will really enhance your abilities!
