Saying Hello again

Hi there, I joined in 2011 and did really well losing about 3 stone before Christmas 2011, a holiday and a wedding put an end to my self will. Mainly because I had nearly reached my goal weight and thought I could start eating "normally" again. But then my shifts at work changed so I couldn't get to the Leisure Centre and the weight slowly crept on. But that was fine because it was slow and I could manage it. Then I had major surgery in May 2013, and that was it, I couldn't get off the sofa for weeks and couldn't even bend down to tie my own shoe laces. So before I knew it, By August 2013 I was right back where I had started. So this time I have just done the diet without the exercise regime because then any exercise is a bonus. I've lost 25lbs and haven't been deterred by Christmas. Only 10lbs to go to be where I was in 2011 I can see light at the end of the tunnel again.
