Hi
I'm Debbie and have decided yet again to try and lose some weight, I have started using the food diary and find this helpful.
Over Xmas I piled the weight on but have now lost 8lb and this is where I've got stuck but I'm not going to let it put me off.Perhaps I need to eat less calories even though I'm always under what it says I should have , do you guys have any advice for me xx

    What's your exercising like. Maybe increase that and keep the same calories

    I agree. Perhaps you can fit in more exercise and end up not just slimmer but also fitter. Don't eat back the exercise calories though. All the best

    Thanks guys I have decided to go out walking my partner is a hiker so I'm going with him Iwork part time and my job has me on my feet all day up and down a busy hospital ward so I already put some miles in I'm on annual leave at the moment though so I must move more at. Home not that I sit down much but its not the same as getting out is it xx
