I ate a half bar of chocolate, still under my goal calorie intake but I haven't eaten chocolate in so long my stomach feels sick now
Anyway, they put up a Valentine's Day Godiva chocolate display at the local convenience store and it's sooo tempting

For some people, that happens when they restrict a certain food that they like for a long time. (ie. being overly restrictive with foods you like makes it more likely that you will crave them and give in at some point, maybe even binge.) I eat chocolate nearly every day, in small portions though, and I don't feel sick from it at all.0

I've been mostly avoiding chocolate because I tend to binge on it. I found a brand called Chocolove. One serving of the milk chocolate is 160 calories, and it's delicious. I find it easy to divide it up into servings, and I take a long time to enjoy that serving. It has really helped, and it's sooooo tasty. Taking out only one serving, and putting the rest away makes me think about how badly I want that next serving, and since I take the time to enjoy it, it can be easier to avoid just gorging on it like my hubby did yesterday.0
