More and more, we're hearing from people looking to up the amount of natural foods in their diet (a good idea!). And since you don't need us to name all the different types of produce out there, here are some of our favorite store-bought food finds made with natural ingredients. And next week we'll feature MORE natural products (specifically the sweet treats). Weeeeee!

~Amy's Toaster Pops, Cheese Pizza

PER SERVING (1 Toaster Pop): 150 calories, 5g fat, 220mg sodium, 23g carbs, 1g fiber, 2g sugars, 5g protein -- POINTS® value 3*

Wanna obliterate a pizza craving without spending enough calories for an entire meal? Check out Amy's Cheese Pizza Toaster Pops. These things are basically pizza-flavored Pop-Tarts. Brilliant! Made with sweet tomato sauce and light mozzarella, they are the ultimate in hot, gooey pizza snacking. In a perfect world, we'd have a freezer devoted entirely to these things...

~Cedarlane Low Fat Garden Vegetable Enchiladas

PER SERVING (1 enchilada): 140 calories, 3g fat, 310mg sodium, 20g carbs, 3g fiber, 4g sugars, 9g protein -- POINTS® value 2*

Wowowow are these good. If you love enchiladas, you'll flip for these. Made with beans, cheese, peppers, onions and more, these things are also smothered in delicious enchilada sauce. They come two to a package, and you can eat the whole box for only 280 calories (POINTS® value 5*). That rules! And like all of Cedarlane's stuff, they're all-natural and they taste great!

~Nature's Path Organic Instant Hot Oatmeal, Multigrain Raisin Spice

PER SERVING (1 packet): 180 calories, 1.5g fat, 110mg sodium, 40g carbs, 4g fiber, 17g sugars, 4g protein -- POINTS® value 3*

These organic oatmeal packets are slightly higher in calories than some other kinds, but they're also a bit larger and more satisfying than your average instant oatmeal. We like 'em! They come in a bunch of other varieties -- Apple Cinnamon, Flax 'N Oats, Maple Nut, HempPlus, Optimum Power, Optimum Zen, Original, and FlaxPlus -- but some are higher in fat and calories, so read labels carefully. We recommend stirring a little canned pure pumpkin into your oatmeal for an even more filling (and still totally natural) b-fast bowl! HG Heads Up! Always refer to the packet itself for the most accurate and up-to-date nutritional stats.

~Kashi All Natural Thin Crust Pizzas

PER SERVING (1/3 pizza): 250 - 260 calories, 9g fat, 630 - 660mg sodium, 28 - 29g carbs, 4g fiber, 3 - 4g sugars, 14g protein -- POINTS® value 5*

These crispy, crunchy pizzas come in three fantastic flavors -- Mushroom Trio & Spinach, Roasted Vegetable, and Tomato Garlic Cheese. YUM! They're also packed with whole grains, and they taste phenomenal. In fact, natural or not, we think these are one of the best pizza finds in the frozen foods aisle! Forget about dialing for delivery -- defrost one of these and share it with a couple of pals...

~Cascadian Farm Gourmet Organic Winter Squash

PER SERVING (1/2 cup): 70 calories, 0g fat, 0mg sodium, 19g carbs, 2g fiber, 7g sugars, 2g protein -- POINTS® value 1*

Squash ROCKS. Not only do we love it as a side dish (it's sweet and delicious!), but mashed butternut squash is also used in MANY HG recipes. Feel free to defrost and use this frozen squash in our recipes. A half a cup of this stuff is equal to about 1 heaping cup of raw cubes. It'll save you lots of time and possibly a few bruises, too (b-nut squash is NOT easy to peel, cut and de-seed!). This stuff is AWESOME!

~Amy’s Mexican Tamale Pie

PER SERVING (1 pie): 150 calories, 3g fat, 590mg sodium, 27g carbs, 4g fiber, 2g sugars, 5g protein -- POINTS® value 2*

Yep, another Amy's find. This unbelievably delicious, authentic Mexican treat is a yummy mix of pinto beans, corn, zucchini and crushed tomatoes -- all topped with a light polenta (aka cornmeal). Yum! This is one of our favorite things to come out of Amy's magical kitchen (and that's saying something, because we REALLY love Amy's). One of these low-fat, high-fiber, personal-sized frozen pies makes a perfect light lunch, snack, or GREAT addition to any dinner.

HG Heads Up! Look for these products in the natural foods section of your supermarket or at natural foods markets like Whole Foods ( http://www.wholefoodsmarket.com/ )

I also LOVE Kashi pizzas. The cheese is amazingly flavorful (but used sparingly) with wheat/flax crust. YUM!

I recently bought a bunch of Vans frozen waffles because they were on sale and I had a coupon. They are pretty good, and I put peanut butter on one and jelly on the other for a quick lunch-time sandwich.

    Nana's vegan cookies!!!!!
