Workouts.. New to this!

Hi Everyone!
I am four weeks into doing the eat better workout for myself to feel better! I work three 12 hour shifts, so I only workout on days I'm off because I make sure I get to 10,000 steps with my Fitbit on those days working. I've been doing different Jillian Michaels videos and finding different videos on YouTube to make my 30 minutes a day! I have to start small.
I do the body revolution and 30ds too. I haven't seen many results at all, I'm getting some small biceps and that's about it. I know there's a whole week thing about how long you and others start seeing results. Is this enough excercise and I going about this right? My diary is open!
Anyone have any suggestions on good quick workouts that help to make a difference?

There are great daily free workouts on www.thedailyhiit.com They are very short but very intense. Search for the "HIIT Lite" workouts to get you started, then progress to the harder ones.
There's a new program coming out too called the 21 Day Fix. 30 minute workouts, plus it helps you with portions and cleaner eating with special food containers- really simplifies the diet process.
