This year I am determined!!!

Used to be pretty fit. Used to Run, Cycle, swim, gym work, scuba dive, and had an active job.
2 car crashes, and 7 years now of back and neck problems have not been good for the waist line.
So adopted a rescue puppy, bought a heart rate monitor, and a fitbit flex. And now trying to log everything I eat.
This is harder than I thought. Red wine is my vise :(

    :happy: I've tended to log everything for a month or so, then give up.
    So this year I've bought a fitbit flex, and have so far logged for 28 days straight.
    I've also just discovered the community, as I've only ever used the iPhone app before, never the website.
    So here is hoping that some added friends will keep me motivated too.
