Hardly even counts as a "recipe" but it was darn good. I just cut up a potato, added a tiny bit of evoo and literally a "pinch" of sea salt. Cooked it on a George Foreman grill. Had to cook for a good while. Probably 12 minutes or so by the time it was done. But it was really good!

BTW, George Foreman grill tip - there are TONS of them at the thrift stores. We had a small one, but I wanted a bigger one to cook our chicken marinade. Went to three thrift stores yesterday morning looking for a really good one. Found one I'm pretty sure had never been used. It was 50% off day, so it ended up costing $5.

Sounds good! Someone gave me a recipe for potato smashers. They took a baked potato and mashed it in a George foreman grill. Cooked it until brown and crispy. I used the idea and sliced the baked potato first, they come out like waffle fries. I season with a little season salt and pepper. Really good!

I'll have to try it! What kind of potato? Baking? Yukon?

Yum, thanks for the idea. Love our Foreman. My fave is marinated chicken on it
