So im am got a gym membership and I am truly motivated and I really want to lose my 30 pounds that make me over weight...????....what is a good workout routine that can help me lose 30 pounds in 15 weeks..... The amount of time is because I have to be in shape for my trip to Florida. I want it to lose weight fast but safely and become muscular ????.... What do you recommend? What machines? meal plan? Amount of hours to workout? I'm a beginner but I really want to do this! So help this very confused person ???? on diet and exercise! Thank you!
