So what are your favorite things that help you on your journey? I'd love to hear some of your go-to healthy favs. Please no judging other people's favorite things!
My favs:
La Tortilla Factory whole wheat tortillas (the small 50 calorie ones keep me full a long time when added to a meal)
Torani Sugar Free Syrups
Eatingwell.com
Laughing cow light cheese
Chinese five spice powder
Apples (simple but I love them so)
Rotel mixed into greek yogurt (great on a tortilla!)

Right now, I'm really liking FiberOne peanut butter chocolate brownies (90 calories). I read about them on one of these threads and they're great for a chocolate fix! I also like Dove dark chocolate squares. They're about 46 calories for one, but it's good since they're individually wrapped so I'm not tempted to eat the whole bar!0

Oikos Coconut Yogurt - I love it
I also love eggs and now that I do the egg whites in the carton the cals are so low that I can have breakfast sandwiches all the time.
I have some dark chocolate in the freezer from Christmas and have one or two of those when I crave chocolate and also still have some After Eights at only 40 cals a pop one or two of those does me
Other than that I just like food so anything hits the spot for me.0 -

Green tea (decaf). When I want to snack but I'm not hungry, I make a cup of tea.
