Favorite things

So what are your favorite things that help you on your journey? I'd love to hear some of your go-to healthy favs. Please no judging other people's favorite things!

My favs:

La Tortilla Factory whole wheat tortillas (the small 50 calorie ones keep me full a long time when added to a meal)
Torani Sugar Free Syrups
Eatingwell.com
Laughing cow light cheese
Chinese five spice powder
Apples (simple but I love them so)
Rotel mixed into greek yogurt (great on a tortilla!)

Replies

  • Right now, I'm really liking FiberOne peanut butter chocolate brownies (90 calories). I read about them on one of these threads and they're great for a chocolate fix! I also like Dove dark chocolate squares. They're about 46 calories for one, but it's good since they're individually wrapped so I'm not tempted to eat the whole bar! ;)

Oikos Coconut Yogurt - I love it

I also love eggs and now that I do the egg whites in the carton the cals are so low that I can have breakfast sandwiches all the time.

I have some dark chocolate in the freezer from Christmas and have one or two of those when I crave chocolate and also still have some After Eights at only 40 cals a pop one or two of those does me

Other than that I just like food so anything hits the spot for me.

Sriracha sauce. Makes up for less sour cream or cheese in my taco salad.

2% Greek yogurt from Trader Joes.

    Dark chocolate.

Green tea (decaf). When I want to snack but I'm not hungry, I make a cup of tea.

Club soda in cans--when I have a craving for a diet Coke or a regular soda.

Nice list, when you are done with your fast, will you come back and tell me what you do with the extra firm tofu?
