Hope I'm on the right track!

Hi Everyone!

I am four weeks into doing the eat better workout for myself to feel better! I work three 12 hour shifts, so I only workout on days I'm off because I make sure I get to 10,000 steps with my Fitbit on those days working. I've been doing different Jillian Michaels videos and finding different videos on YouTube to make my 30 minutes a day! I have to start small.

I do the body revolution and 30ds too. I haven't seen many results at all, I'm getting some small biceps and that's about it. I know there's a whole week thing about how long you and others start seeing results. Is this enough excercise and I going about this right? My diary is open!

Anyone have any suggestions on good quick workouts that help to make a difference?

    You should start to see some results here pretty soon. If not make sure you are measuring your food and drinks to the proper serving size. Get a measuring tape, some of the changes are in the inches lost. During this period you are also changing fat into muscle. If you still haven't seen any changes in the next couple weeks then you may need to look into something medically that could keep you from losing. Good Luck
