Well this week was kind of a bummer for my walks. I decided to start out by only working 4 days a week, so seeing how sleepy I was on Monday I decided to make that my day off. Big mistake, because yesterday I missed my walk because I brought my cousin to work for bring your child to work day and I spent my lunch with her. Now today it is looking very dark and they are calling for thunderstorms all day.

I am going to be doing a lot of running around tomorrow though. I have to do a lot of shopping and then I will be cleaning off the deck for a party next weekend and maybe do some housework. How do you measure how much activity that is? Or should I just not log it and count it as a bonus (ie even though I am not logging it, its still doing my body good)?
