Biggest Loser weigh in tomorrow at work. I need a loss!!

I'm afraid I won't show a loss. Not because I've cheated or slacked on my exercise. Because it's my TOM and I am super sore from an earlier work out. Today only showed a .2 pound loss from last week. If I gain.. I have to pay money! How can I ensure I have a loss tomorrow? I'm drinking plenty of water. Trying to avoid anything with lots of sodium.
