It is Arm Day... Any suggestions?

Title basically says it... I wanna work my flabby, weak arms into toned beauties. All suggestions are appreciated!

    Calorie deficit is the only way to get rid of the flab.

    If you want to build muscle, you must eat at a surplus.

    Choose one of the two and then find a lifting routine you would like that incorporates heavy weights.
  • I do supersets on arm days for biceps/triceps.
    Bicep curls followed by hammer curls then triceps pull downs followed with triceps dips (add a weighted plate to your thighs) for extra resistance if bodyweight isnt enough for you.

    I have alot of flab to remove before revealing my toned beauties but there's definitely muscle there from doing the above :)

    I would follow a full-body strength training program, like New Rules of Lifting or Stronglifts.
