Veins?

I've been working out for a while now (right now I'm doing T25 and some Body Revolution a few times a week) and getting good results. My muscles are starting to get more defined and I'm very excited! Recently I started noticing that my veins seem to be more visible. After workouts I expect it, but even when I'm just sitting around (like now) they seem to really stand out. It's nothing new since I'm extremely fair and am used to seeing them (especially around my chest and arms), but it seems to be more than usual as of lately. I haven't changed anything in my skincare routine (wash, exfoliate, and moisturize twice daily for years now), so I was wondering if it could have something to do with my exercise. They don't pop out or anything, but I can still see so many of them. Not a big deal, but I'd still like to get some ideas on why it's happening now. Is exercise a possible cause of this?
