I've been doing cardio & am doing 1200 calorie diet. No soda just strictly water. I am trying to eat as healthy as I can, except on Sundays I do eat some things I won't during the week but nor going over the 1200. I just want to make sure I am doing everything right

How tall are you, how much do you weigh now and how much do you want to lose? I can tell you that no one can help you without knowing those things. I can also tell you that you will get advice to eat more (which you may or may not need to do) and add weight training (which I toss out without thought because I have a bad back and weight lifting restrictions, but is in general not a bad idea if you learn to do it right.)

I am 5 3 and now weigh 179. Starting weight was 189. I have been doing cardio x for two weeks and have now started the p90x lean.0
